Transcendence
Talented artist and illustrator Sebastian Onufszak designed and created concept art (“virtual cybervision view”) for the science-fiction feature film Transcendence by director/writer Darryl Hill. Sebastian was supported by Matthias Lein for the 3D work on the piece.
Silver Black Cycle
Casio commissioned Heavy Backpack’s Rhett Dashwood and Cypheraudio’s John Black to create this short film for the Silver + Black exhibition. Using circles as a symbol of time; decaying particles and undulating waves transition throughout the animated work to show that the only constant is change. The piece then loops to begin a new life cycle.

“We are Ursa Major, The Great Bear. We make stellar skincare products for men who live.” Austin based design studio PTARMAK created this fantastic identity package for the new men’s skin care line URSA MAJOR. I’m always a sucker for natural textures and simple overlays.
